- Support positions with the State Bar of California and Intellectual Property Law Firms, S.F.
- Attended Heald Business College, S.F.- Bus. Admin.
- 1st. graduating class: U.C. Davis for Web Dev.
- Would leave S.F. to cut salmon in Ketchikan, Alaska for 3 summers in a row
- Fought forest fires in Lake Tahoe as a certified Chainsaw Lead for 2 summers
- Bundled 300+ residential appraisals for a Master Appraiser in Sacramento
- Assistant to the number one Commercial Broker in Seattle- drafted mm prospectuses
- Directed a language school in Prague, Czech Republic (now Czechia) for 7 years
- Taught the highest level of Cambridge English to university students in Valencia, Spain
- Built, produced, and sold a registered bio-diesel company in Costa Rica—’Viento Verde’
- Successfully found, bought, and flipped homes in and outside of Portland, OR, ’08-’09
- I broke ground and built my own home and lived totally off-grid at 6000′ Mt. Shasta, CA, for 3 years. I then sold that project (my biggest art project to date).
- Self-published Motor- Forward- Motion- 4 books under 1 cover. Auto-bio narration 250K words
- 6 months and 8k miles in a 1988 Dodge Xplorer with my two dogs
- Five years in Austin, TX—captained boats on Lake Travis and studied business models by failing up
- Two more 2,000-mile (terrifying) roundtrips into rural Colorado and deep into Mexico
- Spent C-19 in Puerto Rico, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico (Now in S.A., Texas)
- Top Agency position as an SEO Assistant: cleared 1000s of technical errors, optimized content for top ranking pages for some of the most expensive KWs in NYC, and then interlinked those enterprise-sized law sites
- Wrote for 3 different national marketing firms for everything from Real Estate to Plastic Surgery
- SEO and digital marketing-related certificates from Google, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hubspot
- (solo) Built 3 of my own websites (including this one) in verticles I know and am ranking content on all of them (1 has over 260 pages)
- Worked with super-clients, practicing on-page SEO and content creation
- Have worked with thousands of international professionals, teaching business English and communication skills.
- Coached countless professionals into new positions, as well as Master’s and Ph.D. programs—all over the world.
